Who’s actually making decisions about your health? For most people, it’s not them and it’s not their doctor. It’s the insurance company. True Path Wellness was built to hand that control back to you.
Our premium primary care is a membership model, also called concierge or direct primary care. You get direct access to your provider, longer visits, and a plan built around your goals instead of a claims code. True Path Wellness serves Essex Junction, Burlington, and all of Chittenden County, Vermont.
What Is Premium Primary Care?
Premium primary care is a membership-based healthcare model where you pay one monthly fee for direct access to your provider, rather than billing insurance per visit. At True Path Wellness, that means a real cell phone connection to your provider, same-day sick visits, no waiting rooms, and no co-pays. You get proactive care instead of rushed, reactive appointments.

Holistic care that’s personal, unrushed, and truly centered on you...

Beyond Primary Care
Caring for the whole person
True Path Wellness cares for the whole person, not just the annual physical. Ask your provider about:

Aesthetics
Botox, microneedling & hair restoration
Look as good as you feel, with treatments administered by your own provider — not a rotating aesthetician you’ve never met.

Peptide Therapy & GLP-1s
True Path Wellness is Essex Junction’s source for medically supervised GLP-1 injections (semaglutide & tirzepatide) and peptide therapy — tailored to your goals and monitored closely by your own provider, not a weight-loss clinic hotline.

Hormonal Health
Hormone panels & HRT
Comprehensive hormone testing and replacement therapy for both men and women — because hormone health isn’t just a women’s issue.
Sarah Dudley, APRN, leads True Path Wellness. She’s board-certified in Family Practice with more than 20 years in primary and urgent care, and she built this practice after watching insurance-driven medicine push patients and providers alike toward burnout. Her growing team, including Ryan and Emily, now supports patients with everything from nutritional guidance to care coordination for aging parents. And yes, Ellie the office dachshund is usually around to greet you too.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is premium primary care?
Premium primary care gives you more time with your provider and more say in your own care. Because members pay us directly instead of billing insurance, your provider works for you, not an insurance company. We also keep a small patient panel, so appointments run a minimum of 30 minutes with no limit on how many issues you bring up.
How does premium primary care membership work?
You choose to pay monthly or annually for your membership, and that covers all primary care with your provider. There’s no extra co-pay or fee when you call, text, email, or reach us through the patient portal.
How much does membership cost at True Path Wellness?
True Path Wellness runs on a subscription model instead of billing insurance. One price, billed every 4 weeks or annually, covers full access to your provider with no per-visit co-pays. Plans fit individuals, couples, families, students, and businesses. Find your membership on our Pricing page.
What do Business Health Care Plans include?
Our small patient panel means we can get your employees seen sooner, with less time away from work. Businesses that work with us like how their teams stay healthy with less downtime.
Does True Path Wellness treat children and families?
Yes. Our providers are Family Nurse Practitioners, so they treat patients of every age. As a small practice, we don’t store pediatric vaccines, but we can care for your whole family’s primary care needs.
Where is True Path Wellness located?
True Path Wellness is at 55 Main St #1, Essex Junction, VT 05452, serving Essex Junction, Burlington, and all of Chittenden County.
Does True Path Wellness accept insurance?
No. Membership replaces the insurance billing model, which is how we cut out co-pays, waiting rooms, and rushed visits.

Johanna

Even now that we have insurance, we’ve intentionally chosen to stay with this team. I’ve been able to call at midnight during emergency situations, have honest conversations about our family’s health goals, and feel truly cared for. There is nothing like having a real human on the other end of the phone who understands your health holistically and is invested in your wellbeing.

She was very helpful, understanding, patient, respectful, accommodating, and professional.
I highly recommend her healthcare services and consultation!

Thank you Sarah! You are amazing and praying for a good night sleep.
